Do you actually do free estimates?
Yes, on installs and replacements. We come to the house or the building, look at the work properly, and quote it. No phone-call guesses.
Where do you work?
Cambridge first, plus Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Brantford, Paris, Ayr, Hespeler, Preston, and Galt. If you are outside that list and have a project, call us anyway.
Are you Luxaire and Carrier dealers?
Yes. Luxaire is the residential brand we install most, Carrier leads our commercial work. We also carry other quality brands when the project calls for it.
Can you put central AC into an older Cambridge home?
Yes. We install central air conditioning in older homes without compromising the structural or aesthetic integrity of the house. Duct routing, condensate, and electrical get planned so the finished work disappears into the building.
Do you do gas piping for fireplaces, BBQs, and stoves?
Yes. Lead-in gas piping for fireplaces, BBQs, stoves, furnaces, and ventilation systems. Permits pulled, lines pressure-tested, finished work clean.
Do you take maintenance contracts on commercial buildings?
Yes. Scheduled maintenance for restaurants, retail, light industrial, and strip-mall tenants. Cambridge businesses have relied on this work for more than thirty years.
How fast do you respond?
Same business day for most requests. Emergency calls get prioritized as soon as we pick up.
Are you the same Watson Mechanical from the 80s?
Yes. Howard Watson founded the company in 1989, and his son Cory joined full-time in April 1994. Same family, same shop, more crew.
